Common questions
How much does private site inspection cost in Ghana?
From GH₵1,000 to GH₵3,500, depending on the option: essential site check GH₵1,000, detailed build inspection GH₵2,500, premium project review GH₵3,500. Each price is fixed and shown before you pay; there is no quote stage and no hourly billing. This is an introductory price while the service is new, and it will rise.
How long does it take?
5 days from payment to report, whichever option you choose. That is a target rather than a guarantee: most of it is scheduling the visit around the professional and anyone who has to let them in.
What do I receive at the end?
GPS-stamped photos, site observations and a written report.
Do I have to be in Ghana?
No. A Trustline-reviewed professional attends the site for this service and reports the findings back to you.
What do you need from me?
What you want checked, and the location. Any documents you have are optional and help but are not required.
