How to get started
1. Request access to apply
Submit your name, email and country for review. If Trustline invites you to continue, we will send you a secure link to the full application.
2. Complete the application
About ten minutes: your profession, your licences, two referees, and the towns you cover.
3. We verify you
Identity, then your licences with the bodies that issued them, then both referees by phone.
4. Sign, and take work
You sign the agreement at your first sign-in, then accept or decline each assignment offered.
Contractors build. Professionals verify, on a one-time or a recurring basis. If you put up the structure rather than inspect it, you want the construction network instead.
What the work is
Independent assignments for property owners who are abroad and cannot check for themselves, some one-off, some on a recurring monitoring plan where you return to the same site month after month.

The terms
You stay independent
You work as an independent professional reviewed by Trustline, not as an employee of Trustline Builds. We never put our name on your findings. Your job is to report what is actually there, including when that is not what the customer hoped to hear.
You choose every job
You are offered an assignment with the date and the site, and you accept or decline it yourself. Nothing is assigned to you without your say-so.
The fee is fixed when you accept
A fixed fee per assignment, set at the moment you take the job and never recalculated afterwards. Your fees and the terms around them are in the Professional Services Agreement you sign before any work is offered.
How you are matched
Two things decide which jobs reach you: the services you are approved for, and the region and towns you can reach and return from in a day.
What we ask of you
Three things, and they are the whole agreement. Attend the site yourself. Capture the evidence yourself, at the site, at the time of the assignment, not from an office, not afterwards, not from someone else. Answer the report questions straight.
- Trustline reviews every submission before the customer sees it
- A reviewer may send work back with a reason, but that is normal, not a mark against you
- Photographs record who took them, so evidence is attributable to you
How and when you are paid
Payment follows once Trustline has reviewed your submission. Because the fee was agreed when you accepted the job, what you agreed to is what you are owed, a review that sends work back delays payment, it does not reduce it.
How vetting worksDecided in 3–4 weeks
- Identity verificationUsually within the first few days. In Ghana we confirm your identity against your Ghana Card without copying or keeping it; in Nigeria we check the NIN slip you upload.
- Licence and credential checksAgainst the bodies that issued them and they answer at their own pace, which is usually what sets ours.
- Reference callsWe call both of your references, tell them to expect us, because a referee we cannot reach holds up everything after this step.
- Approval, and which services you are approved forThe services you select on the form are a request, not a grant. Our team confirms each one, and you may be approved for some and not others.
- Sign the Professional Services AgreementAt your first sign-in. Applying is consent to be vetted; this is the agreement you actually work under. No work is offered until it is signed.
What to have ready
- A phone number we can reach you on. An email address is optional but useful: it is where the decision goes
- In Nigeria, your NIN and a photo of the slip. In Ghana we never ask for your Ghana Card, we confirm your identity without copying or keeping it
- Any professional licences or regulatory registrations you hold
- Degrees, diplomas, memberships or training certificates
- Two referees we can call, with working phone numbers
- The region and the towns you cover
